Meet the Broker

Charleigh Berry is a proud Florida native whose roots run deep in the state’s agricultural heritage. Raised in a generational citrus farming family, she developed an early appreciation for Florida’s natural beauty, spending her childhood exploring its beaches, springs, and unique landscapes.

In 2015, Charleigh left Florida to attend Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, where she earned degrees in Arts and Sciences and was part of a National Championship Cheerleading team. After graduation, she remained in Texas and became a licensed real estate agent, gaining valuable experience in residential real estate with Allie Beth Allman & Associates, Dallas’s premier luxury brokerage.

In 2024, Charleigh returned home to Florida to join her family’s real estate development business. Combining her real estate expertise with her deep appreciation of the land, she is passionate about helping Florida property owners unlock the full potential of their assets while balancing future development with the character and history that make Florida unique.

As Florida continues to grow and evolve, Charleigh proudly embraces the title of “Dirt Dog,” working to build meaningful relationships between landowners and developers and helping shape thoughtful development opportunities that honor both progress and heritage.

Charleigh is enjoying being back in her home state. She enjoys playing golf and visiting the dog beach with her dog.
